Well, I guess the district is wanting each church to put together a basket to auction off the Sat of camp. The Missionary group at church is putting together an Avon basket, and LIFT is putting together a kitchen/food basket. It's going to be interesting to see what other baskets the other churches are putting together.
Oh, and in Sept. LIFT is going to some chocolate factory. YUM.... Chocolate.
The main thing is...... The last Sunday of camp, the pastor is going to cut services short, go over for camp, and have a picnic lunch. I was thinking that Grandma could probably go if she feels up to it.
Next Tues. my Jeep goes into the shop. It's leaking Transmission fluid.
It's hard to believe that in less than a month, school will be starting again. Austin will be off to school, and Ashley will be getting ready to leave. Where has the summer gone?

You tell ME where the summer went! Brennan's new 2nd grade teacher is supposed to be coming for a home visit soon. If that not a sign that summer is about over, I don't know what is!
Yeah, I'm taking Austin back to school shopping tomorrow night after work. (Stores are pretty empty at 1 AM.)
Ashley's gone this week, so I'll wait until she gets back to find out what she needs.
I LOVE going shopping for school supplies. I've taken both Ashley and Austin school supply shopping every year for at least 11 years now.
