colds

Last Sat Austin called me at 11 AM saying that he was afraid to drive home in the snow. (Which was falling really good.) So, when mom and I showed up he said "Mom do you mind driving your car I don't feel good."

Then later that afternoon mom, dad, Ashley, Austin, Aaron, Chris, grandma and I had planned on going to Red Lobster for my dad's Birthday. Well, about 2 or so dad asked if it was ok if I drove Ashley and Austin there so he can go get grandma. Okay, so I wasn't too thrilled about driving in sleet, but I agreed.

After we ate I could tell that Austin really wasn't feeling well, so instead of joining the rest of the family, I took Austin and Ashley on home.

So, as of right now I have a full blown head cold. Now granted I don't get colds often, but when I do they're usually bad ones. So I ran to Walmart and picked up some NEED to have stuff..... Dayquil, NyQuil, cough drops, vitamin c, zinc, orange juice, and tissues.... I keep myself drugged up when I'm sick.

I found the most AMAZING tissue EVER. It's puffs with VICKS lotion. Each tissue smells like vapor rub. Talk about clearing your nose. It's the most amazing tissue I ever seen.

Not exactly sure how strong the scent is considering my nose is runny half the time and clogged the rest. I can smell it with my nose stuffed up, so it's probably really strong. PERFECT for colds...
