An interesting and annoying week...

Last Sat. (Jan 23) my loving sister in law called me up... "There's a guy at our church and he's single. Would you be interested in meeting him?" I'm always willing to give things a chance so I said ok. She did the number exchange.... Ok I thought, I'll call him Sunday afternoon.....

Sunday morning as I'm getting ready for church I got a text... I textd back. "I can't talk, I'm busy trying to get to church." That didn't stop him from sending 6 more texts... I only answered the first two.. My mom even witnessed it, since he was texting as I was driving to church, and I don't answer texts while driving.

THEN he texts Chris.... "I've been trying and trying to get hold of her and she won't answer." So Chris calls my mom up, who told Chris... "She was getting texts messages and she did text him back once we got to church."

MONDAY..........

He texts at 8:30 AM AFTER I had asked him not to text till after 11:30. Then when I got to work he texted me 50-75 times... One question he asked was "Do you like to cuddle?" I told him that the question was inappropriate to ask someone you've NEVER met. Before I could answer one question, he was firing off the next.

Tuesday....
Again a wake up call at 10:30, which annoyed me so much I complained about it on facebook. Another 25-50 texts at work. By this time I'm so annoyed I groan whenever I heard my phone. So I decided to turn the tables some... Since he was asking questions about my favorite color, food, movie, music etc... I fired questions at him... Here are the questions and how he answered...
How do you rate your Spiritual life?
Answer: maybe a 4
How often do you read and study your Bible?
Answer... NEVER.
How often do pray?
A: when I think of it... Which isn't often. Maybe a couple times a week.
How often do you go to church?:
When I decide to go.

Those answers alone turned me off instantly. He gave me the impression that his dad died recently and he moved in with his mom to help her out... I found out that his dad died when he was 12. He's worked at marsh for 20 years and he's only a checkout and works part time.... Sorry, but he's definitely NOT my type,....... The work part don't bother me nearly as much as the fact that he's not a strong Christian, which is what I'm looking for. I want a guy that can hold his own in an intelligent discussion on the Bible.
